    I founded Inclusion Drives Equity for All in 2021 to maximize the impact of educators working with students with disabilities. I bring two decades of experience building collaborative inclusion programs with the highest performing charter schools and districts in the country. I have been on national panels for the creation of the Center for Learner Equity, Relay Graduate School of Education Leadership programs for Special Education, NYC Charter School Collaborative for Inclusion, and NYC DOE Charter School Special Education Working Group.

    I believe deeply in the ability of effective leaders to transform life outcomes for the people they serve.

    I am an able-bodied, neurotypical, white, native English speaking, cisgender wife and mom of two white kids with disabilities. I am also an aspiring anti-racist, skier, and gardener.
